Drawing on his executive leadership in scaling trusted global technology and commerce, he is leveraging innovative solutions, including AI implementations, to create seamless connections between fans, artists, and the world’s best live entertainment.

Michael Wichser

Chief Operating Officer

Michael guides the company’s strategic vision and ensures alignment with critical operational objectives, overseeing areas including strategic initiatives and investments, finance, fan support, and human resources. He focuses on setting and delivering consistently high standards of excellence, positioning Ticketmaster to stay ahead in the competitive ticketing landscape.

Andrew Parsons

Regional Vice President, EMEA

As Regional Vice President for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Andrew leads strategy across 22 international markets, driving growth and client partnerships. With more than 20 years at Ticketmaster, he brings deep industry expertise, having progressed from customer service through account management and business development. Most recently, he served as UK Managing Director and Regional Vice President for the UK & Ireland.

Keith English

Managing Director

Keith English is the Managing Director of Ticketmaster Ireland. Keith has been part of the Ticketmaster team for 34 years, having spent time working in its London office before transferring back to Dublin in 1997 when Ticketmaster entered the Irish market. A native of Dublin, he has had responsibility for technology, Sales and Business Development before becoming MD in 2013.
