Ticketmaster has introduced Ticketmaster Local in Ireland, a platform designed to inspire people to discover and support their nearby venues and events.
With features including an interactive location-based map, a comprehensive local venue directory, and a dedicated focus on Irish performers, Ticketmaster streamlines event discovery for fans in local communities.

By boosting the visibility of events put on by independent event organisers, we’re helping them reach a broader fanbase, supporting our homegrown businesses well into the future.”
Event organisers and artists who list events on both Ticketmaster and Ticketmaster’s self-service platform Universe will benefit from the new platform as events are automatically published through to the map, greatly expanding their reach. Universe allows event organisers to fully manage their own events from initial setup and sales, to admitting fans at the gates.
The launch comes off the back of Ticketmaster joining the AIM Ireland Friend of Programme – who serve as the collective voice of the independent music industry in Ireland.
